Get a coupon for a free diet dr pepper here!

Where can I find coupons?

1. The first and most obvious place to find coupons is in your weekly newspaper. There are 2 or sometimes 3 inserts in the Sunday paper. These include smartsource, redplum, and sometimes the proctor and gamble insert.

2. The second is the internet. I just want to let you guys know that my coupon printer over to the right is an advertisement for me. So if you need the coupon it would be great if you printed from there. I have also included a list of other websites that I don't receive anything from but are still great sources.

*redplum.com
*smartsource.com

3. The third place is the store. When you are shopping keep your eyes open for coupons in the store. There are special displays that will have coupons or there are little machines called blinkies that dispense coupons. I get some of my best coupons from these blinkies or tear pads.
When you check out sometimes you also get coupons called catalina or register rewards. These coupons are only usable in the store you receive them but can be stacked with manufacture coupons.

4. Free Samples! Anytime you see an offer for a free sample they usually include coupons as well.

5. You can also sign up to be on your favorite stores mailing list. Grocery stores will usually send out coupons weekly and stores like carters send me coupons every month. I also signed up on the similac and enfamil websites and they send me free samples and coupons all the time.

Getting Started

Hello everyone! My name is Jacque and I am from North Carolina. I just got into couponing in December when I was introduced by my sister in law and I am hooked. It has definitely become my new hobby. I know everyone may not be as excited about it or have as much time as I do to do coupons and that is why I am starting this blog. I hope I can help to make it easier for people to save big in this tough economic time. I usually spend 30-60 dollars a week on groceries including diapers and formula and I am just a beginner. There are women who have four kids and spend a hundred dollars a week just by using coupons. There are three important things to remember when you are trying to save money on groceries...

*buy on sale
*use and stack coupons
*buy in bulk

I will try my best to make this blog easy to use and understand.

happy saving!
